• Using or allowing access to another player's account.

Pokerklas reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice under certain circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.

• Upon submitting a voluntary self-exclusion request (as part of responsible gaming).

To close your account, contact our support team. If you have a remaining balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it — applicable to valid cash balance only.
